Registration is now open: Impact of Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) and AI on Sustainable Development in Asia Workshop
The online workshop will be hosted by ADB in collaboration with Leiden Law School, the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy in India, Universidad CEU San Pablo in Spain, and Qatar University.
Day 1 will focus on the regional implications of CBAM, while Day 2 will examine digital emissions and conclude with a proposal for a Sustainable Green AI policy. The workshop is open to academics, government officials, and policy makers from the EU, regional, and international organizations.
