Most people saw us enjoying ourselves, seeing our myday stories na kala nila hayahay lang tayo, but people don't know our struggles, our hustles, and even how we're fighting from losing our minds in our silent battles.

🥹 Struggle ka rin ba sa pag-gising ng kids tuwing umaga? Eto magandang gawin mommies, and daddies…

1. I-adjust ang tulog nang paunti-unti
Huwag biglaan. Simulan 1–2 weeks bago pasukan na mas maagang patulugin si kid ng 15–30 minutes araw-araw hanggang masanay siya sa school routine.

2. Fixed bedtime routine
Magkaroon ng pare-parehong gabi routine: hilamos, toothbrush, story time, then lights off. Kapag consistent, mas mabilis makatulog ang bata.

3. Iwas gadgets before bed
Bawasan screen time 1 hour bago matulog para hindi “gising pa rin ang utak” ni kid.

4. Maaliwalas at comfy na tulugan
Siguraduhing malamig, tahimik, at comfortable ang room para quality sleep.

5. Gentle morning wake-up
Huwag biglaang sigaw. Dahan-dahang gisingin—soft voice, light touch, o pag-on ng ilaw slowly.

6. Morning motivation
Pwede mong sabihin: “May exciting activity ka today sa school!” para may reason siyang bumangon.

7. Prepare things the night before
Uniform, bag, at baon ready na para less stress sa umaga = mas smooth ang gising.

8. Be consistent kahit weekend
Iwas sobrang late gising tuwing weekends para hindi masira body clock.
