No Refund Upon Cancellation
50% down payment must be paid beforehand. Cancellations are allowed but strictly no refunds. This allows the creators to compromise with the postponed transaction.

Fill-Up Forms
Fill-up forms provide basic and essential information about the client.

Down-Payment
Down-payments are 50% of the service rates since there are no fees for cancellation of transactions.

Revisions
Revisions are allowed and free within the first one (1) hour from the moment the client receives their work. Creators and clients are at liberty to negotiate with each other for further changes requested. After the time exceeds, revisions are no longer available.

Authority to Decline
Creators are free to decline any tasks depending on their difficulty. This ensures the rights of the creators to prioritize their personal affairs as well. In addition, creators are encouraged to reduce too much workload so that they could avoid mental strain and burnout.

Provide Vouch
It is highly recommended for clients who received successful transactions to provide vouch. In this way, our small business to help students lessen their academic stress will increase validity and widen the target audience.
