Dear CEU community,

We would like to invite you to SESSION 7 of "Talk and Move 3," on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at the Student Activity Center from 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm.

There will be a short talk on "Smoking Cessation " to be delivered by Dr. Clemerick Pulanco of the Health Services, followed by a group exercise activity facilitated by a faculty member from the Physical Education Department, Mr. Junrel Abong.

Everybody is invited, especially the lead participants for this week:
