𝐈𝐧 𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐬: Members of this Institute attended a focused seminar at the Bay Area Suites, dedicated to the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (VAW).

This initiative is a critical component of our corporate advocacy, reflecting our deep-seated belief that a safe, respectful society is the foundation of a thriving community and workplace. This event was presided by
VADM ROY A ECHEVERRIA PCG, Commander, Marine Environmental Protection Command, along with officers and personnel from different MEPCOM offices and units. The professional development session was instrumental in:

𝐃𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: Ensuring our team is fully informed and compliant with crucial protective legislation, including the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act (RA 9262) and the Safe Spaces Act.

𝐅𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞: Moving beyond passive awareness to cultivate a corporate environment where every employee is an active advocate and accountable responder in preventing gender-based violence.
