Studio Estavillo celebrates the recognition of its principal, Mennard M. Estavillo, Interior Design student of SoFA Design Institute and mentored by IDr. Denise Ayado, as one of the Top 7 Semi-Finalists at the 22nd Estilo De Vida: Inter-School Interior Design Competition held last November 2025.

Framed by the theme “Hospitality: Design Lokal – Filipino Roots, Global Form,” the conceptual proposal explored the expression of Filipino hospitality through layered spatial narratives, warm materiality, arches and light.

More than a competition entry, the project became a study of how culture, memory, and atmosphere can be translated into space.
