Beyond its barrier-free approach, the design intentionally utilizes stilts to minimize site impact, resulting in only 22.46% impervious surface coverage, while preserving 77.54% as permeable ground.

I bought my copy of the Planning and Designers Handbook by Max Fajardo Jr. when I was still an apprentice. I did not know much then, so I leaned on it often. A decade later, it is still with me. I return to it whenever I need to steady my decisions on design standards.
