Beet Kvass - itโs generally safe and healthy to eat beets daily, as they are rich in nutrients, fiber, and antioxidants that support heart health and reduce inflammation. But moderate consumption is recommended so you only really need a shot or even just half a shot of beet kvass daily ๐
