You have 3 options:
1. Be a Part-Timer
- Simply refer to us your contacts interested to buy any property. Just give us their full name, mobile no., and email address.
- Our team will take care of assisting them from site visit, property presentation, and sales closing - For every successful referral, you shall be entitled to a REFERRAL FEE EQUIVALENT TO 1% of the Net Contract Price (NCP) or about P10,000 for every P1M value of property

2. Be a FREELANCE PROPERTY CONSULTANT
- If you are already into property sales with another developer or an experienced salesperson in another field, you can still sell for us
- If you will assist clients from site visit to property presentation and sales closing, you shall be entitled to a SALES COMMISSION EQUIVALENT TO 2.5% of the property’s Net Contract Price (NCP)

3. Be a Full-Time PROPERTY CONSULTANT
- Must be amenable to do Site manning, saturation, and digital selling
- Must attend every Camella Event
- Like option 2 If you will assist clients from site visit to property presentation and sales closing, you shall be entitled to a SALES COMMISSION EQUIVALENT TO 2.5% of the property’s Net Contract Price (NCP) plus sellers incentives and promos
