Good Morning po. We are open already and we are down for our last 2 days of operation (before we close for the eve and xmas). Besides our Passport Appointment Service and Affidavits/Notarial, we also do printing services for those authorization letters and IDs for PSA requirement. We also print passport application form / appointment letter (mostly forgotten by applicants) that is needed on the day of your appointment.

You can drop us a message here or send the confirmation on our email [email protected] so we print your appointments prior to your arrival and just have it collected rather that queuing in line. Payment can be made via gcash (+639457060979).

Affidavit of kinship
- This service enables you to apply for the attestation of a declaration where the applicant affirms that he is a relative of the other party (recipient of declaration), while detailing the degree of their kinship. This affidavit is use for getting or claiming a Birth Certificate or Death Certificate.
