Lately, I’ve been receiving some criticism about my body, that I don’t “fit” in pageantry. And honestly, if only they knew the silent battles I’ve fought just to stand where I am, in the body I live in now.

No, I don’t have the so-called “perfect” body and I’ve never claimed to. But this body? It’s mine. It’s been through pain, progress, healing, and growth. I’ve learned to love it not because it meets some standard, but because it’s carried me through everything.

Pageantry isn’t just about symmetry or size. For me, it’s about standing for something. Representing something. And I will always believe that purpose weighs more than perfection. This journey isn’t just about how I look, it’s about what I stand for and the message I carry with me on and off the stage.

To anyone who feels like they don’t fit, you don’t have to. Just belong to your truth. That’s enough.
