‎On the very first day of training, the parade ground is a scene of quiet confusion. Cadets stand in lines, trying their best to process unfamiliar words of command and complicated movements. Left turns, hand salutes, and sudden sharp orders feel completely new, and mistakes are a natural part of the learning process. It is a stage of trial and adjustment, where everyone is trying to find their footing.

‎But as the training days pass and the weeks blend into months, a powerful transformation occurs. The random movements become sharp and precise. Cadets realize that the endless drills are not just about marching, they are about learning the true value of discipline.

‎Through the burning heat of the sun, the physical pain of standing at attention, and the pure fatigue of training hours, a deep bond is formed. Individual students transform into a single, unified group. They share the heavy tiredness of the field, but they also share moments of laughter and support during their short breaks. They learn to look out for the person standing to their left and right, understanding that true strength comes from working together.
