๐ Key Responsibilities
๐ผ Manage and update jobs within a job management system (e.g., Tradify or similar)
๐ผ Process purchase orders and monitor job costing
๐ผ Support invoicing and assist with basic bookkeeping (Xero experience preferred)
๐ผ Maintain accurate client, supplier, and operational records
๐ผ Handle email communication, data entry, and document management
๐ผ Coordinate with customers and suppliers via phone and email
๐ผ Assist with basic marketing tasks such as posting content on LinkedIn/Facebook (using tools like ChatGPT when needed)
๐ผ Identify process gaps and recommend smarter, more efficient workflows
