🛠 Key Responsibilities
🐼 Manage and update jobs within a job management system (e.g., Tradify or similar)
🐼 Process purchase orders and monitor job costing
🐼 Support invoicing and assist with basic bookkeeping (Xero experience preferred)
🐼 Maintain accurate client, supplier, and operational records
🐼 Handle email communication, data entry, and document management
🐼 Coordinate with customers and suppliers via phone and email
🐼 Assist with basic marketing tasks such as posting content on LinkedIn/Facebook (using tools like ChatGPT when needed)
🐼 Identify process gaps and recommend smarter, more efficient workflows

📌 Requirements (PH-Based Candidates Only)
🐼 5+ years of experience in admin, operations, or virtual assistant roles
🐼 Experience supporting Australian clients or businesses (preferred)
🐼 Strong experience with job management systems (Tradify, SimPRO, or similar)
🐼 Familiar with Xero or similar accounting tools
🐼 Comfortable working with CRMs and structured data systems
🐼 Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
🐼 Strong initiative—able to work independently without constant supervision
🐼 Problem-solver mindset (you look for better systems, not just task completion)
🐼 Able to think critically and improve processes
