The AmCham Philippines Center for Training & Development held a workshop on Empathic Leadership Skills to Influence Acceptance and Commitment for Teams on Tuesday, May 25, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 03:00 PM via Web Learning. The workshop was facilitated by mental health and executive learning professionals Michael Lu, ACC, ACMC, CHt, CMC, CSFP and Candy De La Cruz Mauricio, CMC®., CSFP., RGC. RPm. Focusing on leading teams with empathy, the workshop touched on key techniques to improve employee retention and foster team growth.
