We all came from someone’s belly.
The womb. The sacred center.
Mom’s belly was a portal of life, and endless possibility.

And yet, so many of us grow up forgetting this.
We disconnect or even dissociate.
Unfortunately, we learn to hide, shrink, numb, or carry shame around our bodies, especially the belly. But this space is not a mistake. It is a center of intuition, creativity, and power.

And womb work is not just for those able to carry babies.
All of us carry the spark of creation.
All of us have the ability to create and bring “nothing” into form. From a breath, a vision, a dance, a new way of being.

In this circle, we return to the belly.
Through the sacred, sensual art of belly dancing, we soften back into the wisdom of the body.
We move, breathe, and play together. Not to perform, but to *belong*.

No matter your shape, size, gender, rhythm, or history. You are welcome here.
You don’t have to fix or change anything to be part of this.
Just come with your curiosity and a willingness to listen to your body’s quiet knowing.

Together, we’ll:

* Celebrate the body as it is
* Move with presence, joy, and intuition
* Remember that we’re not alone in this journey
