• Site supervision and project coordination
• Structural and construction monitoring
• Quantity take-off and cost estimation
• Preparation and review of engineering plans
• Knowledge in Structural Analysis

Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
✔ Licensed or Non-Licensed applicants are welcome
✔ Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit/SketchUp is an advantage)
✔ Strong problem-solving and time management skills
✔ Willing to work on-site and office-based assignments

📐1 ARCHITECT
Field of Work:
• Architectural planning and design
• Preparation of construction drawings and layouts
• Coordination with clients, engineers, and project teams
• Site inspection and design implementation

Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
✔ Licensed or Non-Licensed applicants are welcome
✔ Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software
✔ Creative, detail-oriented, and organized
✔ Able to manage project deadlines efficiently

🖊️1 DRAFTSMAN
Field of Work:
• Preparation of detailed technical drawings
• Converting concepts into accurate plans
• Revising and updating construction drawings
• Assisting architects and engineers in documentation

Qualifications:
✔ Graduate of Architectural Drafting or related course
✔ Proficient in AutoCAD and drafting software
✔ Knowledgeable in reading and preparing plans
✔ Detail-oriented and efficient in technical drawing
✔ Team player with good work ethic
