Brylle Sao Llamelo proudly hails from Minuri, Jones, Isabela, Philippines. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with Continuing Professional Education (CPE) at Isabela State University-Jones Campus. He studied at Southern Isabela Colleges of Arts and Sciences-TESDA, Santiago City, with the following courses: Computer Systems Servicing National Certificate II (CSS NCII), Trainers Methodology I, Bread and Pastry NCI (BPP NCI), English Proficiency for Customer’s Provider where he was awarded as one of the Best Speakers and Best in Presentation.

He is a licensed teacher and a graduate of Master of Arts in Education at Northeastern College, Santiago City,Isabela. He is a public school teacher at Sgt. Prospero G. Bello High School-Main and appointed as Supreme Student Government (SSG) Adviser, Social Studies Coordinator, and Museo De Bello Coordinator (2022 Museo ng Karunungan Champion in the Jones East District Level and 2nd place in Legislative District 4 level). He is the Kabayani Park Coordinator. He is a scriptwriter and voice talent at Radyo-Eskwela sa Isabela (RBI) and a division facilitator and speaker. He is also an adviser of the Sanggunian Kabataan (SK), dance choreographer, singer, event host, program or event organizer, and chairman of barangay festivities. Mr. Llamelo is also a mental health advocate and an Elite Motivational Speaker. He delivered a speech at the I Win 2022 International Conference. He is a founder and an official live streamer with a star badge in WeSing (singing Application). He was awarded ASIA PACIFIC MOST OUTSTANDING EDUCATOR (2022 APGEA AWARDEE) during the 3rd APAETI G**O EXCELLENCE AWARDS (APGEA) held in OKADA Hotel, Manila, Philippines.
