Excited to present our latest completed project! This one-storey, two-unit apartment in Sariaya, Quezon Province maximizes space on a 100-square-meter lot and sets the groundwork for an inspiring model. 🌱

📐 The Concept: Our client envisioned a space-efficient, simple yet highly functional design to make the most of the lot area. The goal? A modern, straightforward approach that could eventually expand into a larger apartment complex across his other properties.

✨ The Design: We achieved a smart open-floor plan, utilizing mirrored, adjacent layouts for each unit. This layout strategically positions the kitchen and bathroom back-to-back, saving significantly on installation costs while maintaining a sleek, seamless interior. It’s material engineering at its finest, emphasizing both form and function.
