The College of Education of Isabela State University Roxas Campus proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of Dr. Januard D. Dagdag, Program Chair of the College, whose research titled “Modeling Research Data Analytic Competence in STEAM Education” earned the 3rd Best Paper Award in the Higher Education Category during the 2025 University Agency In-House Review held on October 17, 2025 in ISU Echague Campus.

Dr. Januard D. Dagdag, together with his co-authors Mr. Noel A. Palapuz, Dr. Rosalyn L. Bautista, and Mr. Charles T. Anselmo, brought prestige to the College of Education through their innovative and evidence-based study that advances research competence and digital pedagogy in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Agri-Fisheries, and Mathematics) education.

This recognition underscores the College of Education’s strong research culture and unwavering commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and transformative learning — hallmarks of the Isabela State University Roxas Campus. Their collective effort exemplifies how educational research can drive meaningful change and uphold ISU’s mission of promoting quality, relevance, and sustainability in higher education.
