After feeling like the most sedentary person in the house while Ralph slowly returned to yoga despite his limp, I finally decided to step back onto the mat myself — swollen wrist and all. Surprisingly, I was actually able to put pressure on my wrist again, even if only for a few minutes. Small victories still count. 💚
