Crossed-legged Downward Facing Dog, it stretches the hamstrings, straightens the spine. As you do the pose, inhale, gaze and draw your navel in. Stay in the pose for three deep breathing and feel the benefits of the pose. Namasté🙏

Urdhva Prasarita Eka Padasana/ Standing Split

Benefits of this pose, it stretches the whole back side of the body particularly the hamstrings and calves. It strengthens the thighs, the legs and ankles and also stretches the groin muscles. It improves your balance as you standing upside down on one leg. 🙏
