Globe Telecom cares only about short-term profit. They charged me for services I didn't even use, and now they refuse to reconnect my Globe Home Fiber unless I pay in full—even though I never signed up for a locked-in plan, yet their system falsely shows a 24-month commitment. Putting profit before service is no way to run a business.
