Cebu Pacific is increasing its seat capacity at its Clark hub by 38% during the first half of 2026, expanding its network to 17 destinations. This growth comes after transferring its turboprop operations to Clark and launching a new direct Clark–Hanoi route this May. With these developments, the airline can accommodate more travelers from North and Central Luzon while strengthening Clark’s position as a major domestic and international gateway.
