Oftentimes, people avoid fear for whatever reason they see fit. Us? We see fear as an opportunity to venture into what’s beyond. Fear is when you realize your heart’s greatest desires.

Planning for GROOVE Philippines 2025 was frightful. Being there was chilling. Dancing on a national stage was intimidating. We were scared, but we did it anyway. With growth and experience as our top priority, we got more than the knowledge we needed from the renowned judges and the competition itself. Top 8 ain’t too shabby for a first. If we had not acknowledged our fear and put things into motion, we would not be here—smarter, bolder, and hungrier. So, there isn’t a need to sulk over a famine, because with scarcity you crave for abundance. Just remember to show up for those that matter.

Apart from our personal efforts, we would also like to send our deepest appreciation to those who expressed their support in any way and to those who lent us a helping hand. We would not have been able to turn this dream into reality. Your kindness means the world to us.

To , keep providing an avenue for those who feel small but dream big. Kudos to you and your advocacy in the realm of dance.

To all aspirants, what ever it is that you’re afraid of, don’t make it a reason to shy away from what you’re meant for. If it scares you so much, that’s when you know you want it as much.

For over a year of triumphs and downfalls in competing in the Southern areas of Cebu, we decided to test our limits as a team. Growth does not come in a snap, as it requires sacrifice and patience. From the very beginning it was already evident that this would be a leap of faith, a risk we chose to take regardless of what is at stake. This will be a testament that even with uncertainties, we still tried, we still showed up. That, to us, is what it means to dance.
