The concept for this residential architecture project is rooted in Tropical Contemporary Philippine architecture and incorporates a functional and roomy living area, a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining space, a shared bathroom, maid's quarters, two bedrooms, and a luxurious master bedroom with own T & B.

To maintain a seamless aesthetic, the design also includes an inside gutter roofing system that cleverly conceals exposed utilities. This innovative feature enhances the overall appearance of the living space and reinforces the harmonious integration of the structure with the natural surroundings.
