1) Open to chessplayer kiddies U12 with or without title from Rizal, NCR, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
2) Rate of play will be 10 Minutes plus 5 Seconds Increment. 7 Rounds Swiss System.
3) Top 6 in the 1st Qualifying Leg ranking plus 1 slot from Rizal will determine to advance in the semi-finals.
4) Livestreaming thru Mobile Chess Club.
