Office Staff – Accounting Assistant
Position Title : Office Staff – Accounting Support
Department : Finance / Admin
Reports To : Accounting Supervisor
Work Location : Concepcion, Tarlac (after initial training in Carmona, Laguna)
Job Summary: We are looking to hire a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Staff who will provide assistance with basic accounting tasks such as recording transactions, monitoring payments, and verifying receipts. The ideal candidate must be organized, willing to learn, and able to adapt to a dynamic office environment.
The candidate must be willing to undergo training at Best Resource office in Carmona, Laguna for a few months before being assigned full-time to our Concepcion, Tarlac site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record day-to-day financial transactions
• Monitor and follow up payments from clients or partners
• Assist in checking and filing of official receipts and invoices
• Support the accounting team in preparing reports and documentation
• Perform basic office clerical duties as needed
• Willing to be trained in Carmona, Laguna
• Willing to be assigned to Concepcion, Tarlac after training
• Organized, reliable, and has attention to detail
