This afternoon, the Coast Guard Sub-Station (CGSS) Candon, in coordination with the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) and the Philippine Army, rescued a newborn baby and his family at Sitio Lusod, Brgy. Calaoa-an, Candon City, Ilocos Sur, at around 1:00 pm, July 25, 2024
