To all our valued clients,
We sincerely apologize for the delays in delivering your edited photos and files. Due to the current situation we are all experiencing, the daily power interruptions have greatly affected our editing process.
As much as we want to continue working on your outputs, we are unable to safely open and use our PCs because the constant power outages and sudden fluctuations may damage our equipment.
Most importantly, we are taking extra precautions to protect our HDDs and storage drives where all your photo and video files are safely stored. Sudden power interruptions may cause serious damage or file corruption, which we want to avoid at all costs to ensure the safety of your memories and event files.
We humbly ask for your patience, understanding, and consideration during this difficult time. Please know that we are doing our best and will continue editing and delivering your files as soon as the power situation becomes stable.
