Why does it take 20–30 minutes for your order?

Because everything here is made-to-order and freshly prepared by just the two of us 💛 Here’s what happens once you order:

1️⃣ Chopping & Prepping – We don’t pre-cut ingredients in bulk to avoid waste and to keep them fresh. That means all chopping and prepping are done in real time.

2️⃣ Cooking & Assembling – From nachos and sandwiches to kimchi rice, every dish is cooked only after you order. For kimchi rice, if you request different spice levels (ex. one regular, one less spicy), we cook them separately, which takes extra time.

3️⃣ Brewing & Squeezing Drinks – Our coffee is brewed fresh cup by cup ☕. Same goes for our teas and lemonades 🍋 we brew and squeeze them in real time, never pre-made.

4️⃣ Baking Pizzas – Pizzas take 15–20 minutes in the oven, and if you’d like them extra toasty and crispier, it may take a bit longer.

5️⃣ Multiple Orders – Since we’re a two-person team, when there are several orders at once, we prepare everything one by one to make sure the quality is consistent.

⏳ Average waiting time: 20–30 minutes. It may take longer during:

Multiple or customized orders

Requests for extra-toasted pizza

Peak Hours: 4:00 PM onwards

💡 Tip: Don’t want to wait too long? You can pre-order in advance so we can have your food and drinks ready at your preferred time.
