PNP STATEMENT ON THE ARREST OF A PNP PERSONNEL IN AN ENTRAPMENT OPERATION IN PRO5

The Philippine National Police (PNP) confirms the arrest of a police officer assigned at Regional Medical Unit 5 following an entrapment operation conducted by PRO5 authorities in Legazpi City on June 18, 2026.

The PNP has a zero-tolerance policy against corruption, extortion, and all forms of misconduct. We do not tolerate any act that compromises the integrity of the organization and the trust of the public.
