ATTENTION: INCOMING FRESHMEN STUDENTS AND PARENTS/GUARDIANS!

Academic Year 2026–2027

The University of Rizal System–Cainta Campus is pleased to invite all incoming freshmen students and their parents/guardians to attend the Pre-Orientation Program for Academic Year 2026–2027 on June 29, 2026, at the 4th Floor, Administration Building.

This activity aims to provide important information regarding the University's Vision, Mission, Goals, and objectives; academic policies; enrollment procedures; student services; campus regulations; and other essential matters to help students successfully transition into university life.

📍 Venue: 4th Floor, Administration Building

🕗 FIRST BATCH (8:00 A.M. – 12:00 NOON)
• Bachelor of Industrial Technology major in Automotive Technology (BIT-Auto)
• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT)

🕐 SECOND BATCH (1:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M.)
• Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English (BSE English)
• Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED)
• Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education major in Industrial Arts (BTLED-IA)

Students are encouraged to attend together with their parents or guardians to gain a better understanding of university policies, academic expectations, student support services, and campus life.

𝗖𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗔, 𝗥𝗜𝗭𝗔𝗟 — The graduating students from the College of Education (COE) of the University of Rizal System (URS) Cainta Campus currently gather for the 𝘽𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙨𝙨 at Karangalan Elementary School Auditorium, presided over by Rev. Fr. Gerry Evarola.

The Baccalaureate Mass serves as a moment of thanksgiving and reflection as members of the College of Education Class of 2026 prepare for their Recognition Rites happening after the mass.

📢 ENROLLMENT ADVISORY | URS CAINTA CAMPUS 🎓

The Office of the Registrar is pleased to announce the Schedule of Enrollment for the First Semester, SY 2026–2027 and the Submission of Original Credentials for qualified incoming freshmen and transferees.

📌 Important Dates to Remember:
✅ June 10–18, 2026 – Submission of Original Credentials
✅ July 1–13, 2026 – Online Enrollment (by year level)
✅ July 14–16, 2026 – Onsite Enrollment for Transferees, Returnees, Shifters, Irregular Students, and Late Enrollees
✅ July 20, 2026 – Start of Classes
✅ July 29–30, 2026 – Adding and Changing of Subjects

📋 Incoming freshmen and transferees are advised to carefully review the list of required documents and submit complete requirements within the prescribed schedule.

⚠️ Old students must ensure that their clearance and evaluation requirements are completed before their enrollment schedule.
