Wash your private areas with tenderness and care—and no, it does not mean you are going to use scented soaps!

Practicing good and proper hygiene of taking care of your groin is a M U S T to prevent vaginitis or vaginal infections. Wash with lukewarm water, use mild and non-scented soap, do not put any sandwich spread on your area during s*x, and wipe it clean with tissues after using the toilet!

Scents are for the neck and upper body, not for your groin area!

“Ready ka na ba?”

Hindi lang dapat ang pisikal at mentalidad na estado ang tinatanong niyan! Nakahanda na ba ang mga contraceptives at proteksyon na gagamitin niyo pagkatapos niyo sumayaw sa ritmo at angkinin ang isa't isa?

STIs (s*xually transmitted infections or diseases) are commonly contracted through s*xual activity with one another; and by not using condoms, the risk of getting STIs becomes higher than having s*x with multiple people at once. However, the wrong use of condoms, and inconsistent usage of the protections may cause for their efficacy to decrease and fail to serve you their purpose.

Bili muna ng protection bago mags*x, puwede ba?

"Sis, mayroon ba?"

Feeling anxious ba sa iyong period? Is the pad not just enough? Well this next post is perfectly made for the gals! Let's discover other alternatives and relate!

The pain and the amount of blood women could discharge is never measureable during these moments; and before a week or two before their menstrual cycle, women could have a sudden change in mood caused by what people call Physical Signs and Symptoms (PMS). It is enough that you are being moody, ensure you are feeling comfortable with the menstrual product you are using!

Ang isip mo'y unti-unti bang nawawala—nalilito? First time mo? Then do not forget to practice safe s*x!

Safe s*x is when partners would use ‘devices’ to prevent and protect themselves from unwanted situations such as pregnancy or getting an infection. It is safer than to be sorry!

The HIV/ AIDS & ART Registry of the Philippines’ report for January 2023 showed that 1,365 of the new HIV cases were acquired through s*xual contact, 998 of them were males who reported having s*x with another male, 193 were males having s*x with ladies and 240 were males with s*xual relations with both males and ladies. Prevent yourself from being one of these cases. Get your protections on, and enjoy a safer environment along with your partner!

Let this post introduce, enlighten, and educate both you and your partner why safe s*x practice is important!
