Job Description:
Responsible for a pivotal role in attracting and selecting top talent for our organization. You will collaborate closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. From sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and managing the selection process, you will be responsible for building a talented workforce that will contribute to our company's success.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in BS/AB Psychology or BSBA Major in HRDM, or equivalent.

• With at least 1 years’ experience in Recruitment

• Experience in Construction Industry and RPm License is a plus.

• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality

• Strong knowledge of recruitment or training processes and procedures

• Excellent oral / written communication skills, people development skills, presentations skills, and analytical skills

Job Description:
This position supports the Project in all material and labor requirement including tools and equipment and is responsible for all claims and variation work of the project.

Job Qualifications:
Graduate Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Professional License (Passed Professional License Exam) in Engineering.
At least 1-2 years’ experience in related field
Willing to be assigned in Cainta, Rizal

We are looking for a Planning Engineer to join our team for a project located in Cainta, Rizal at Scheirman Construction Consolidated Inc.

Job Description:
The position holder creates the information required by first detailing the activities involved in the project, fitting those in the timelines, calculating the materials, manpower and machinery required to execute these activities in the time frame decided.

Job Qualifications:
Graduate of Civil Engineering or a related field.
Professional License is preferred but not required.
At least 1 year of relevant experience/Fresh Graduate.
Possesses management skills with at least 1 year of experience in handling people.
Willing to travel to project sites as required.
Can start immediately.
