The Masisit-Dacal Livelihood Multipurpose Cooperative (MASCOOP) achieved another significant milestone in agricultural enterprise development with the successful delivery of 600 heads of free-range chickens under the Livestock Economic Enterprise Development (LEED) Program – Chicken Multiplier Farm under the Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 02 on July 2, 2026.

The livestock were received by the Chairperson of the Board of Directors, Mr. Pepito George C. Sacramed, together with personnel from the Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office 02 and the Municipal Agriculture Office of LGU Sanchez Mira. This highlights the strong partnership between the cooperative and its government partners in promoting sustainable agriculture and rural development.

The free-range chickens were supplied by Bacani's Poultry Supply.

The project aims to distribute free-range chickens to its members to increase local poultry production, strengthen food security, and create additional income-generating opportunities for cooperative members and beneficiaries.

MASCOOP remains committed to empowering communities, promoting agricultural sustainability, and improving the economic well-being of its members through viable and productive livelihood enterprises.
