IRENE B ANTONIO COLLEGE OF MINDANAO ROTC UNIT under the supervision of LTC MANOLITO D. SANTOS (MI) PA commandant, headed by PFC Julius Caesar V. Baldava (INF) PA, admin NCO, TRAINING STAFF together with the ROTC officers

On the 14th day of may the advance ROTC officers do their regular Sunday formation to improve their ability and skills and becoming a commissioned officer, training and mentoring other cadets, at exactly 1300H accounting the basics cadets and Cadettes has been conducted to be followed by their Field activity, to enhance their skills in marching and proper commands and significant experi- ences combined with their significant individuals all provided the foundation to leadership motivation. The pride and prestige of their eventually commissioning as a officer can be a motivator to lead.

However to put everything into account the leader of the day , training, and discipline of their team members, and must be ready to assume control of the squad in the absence of the member and also leadership decisions every minute of every day, both at work and in our personal lives. When we speak up for what is right, either at work or in our home lives, we are demonstrating leadership. of the day, At exactly 1600H the activity was successfully completed with the help of TRAINING STAFF, 2CL and 3CL ROTC officers.
