Last May 21, Konsi Vic Alvar presided over a meeting with the Bislig City Ecozone Management Board to discuss the latest updates on our application to establish a local economic zone.

​The board reviewed the requirements and mapped out the next steps to keep the application moving forward.

Establishing this ecozone is a major priority, as it will bring in new investments and create jobs for Bisliganons.

💡 BRIGHTENING THE PATHWAYS OF SITIO BALITE! ☀️🌱**

A safer, brighter, and more sustainable community is now a reality for our kapamilyas in Sitio Balite, Barangay San Jose!

On May 19, 2026, Konsi Vic Alvar officially turned over 6 units of solar-powered streetlights to help illuminate the dark spots of the sitio.

Beyond just providing light, this initiative is a major boost to the community's daily life:

✨ Enhanced Safety & Security: Brighter streets mean safer walks home at night for our workers, women, and children.
🛵 Accident Prevention: Well-lit roads significantly reduce the risk of travel mishaps and injuries after dark.

🌀 Uninterrupted Light: Because these are 100% solar-powered, they cost zero in electricity bills and will stay bright even during power outages!
