MOA SECURED: A New Chapter of Hope!

Today, April 07, 2026, we mark an extraordinary milestone as PROJECT A.L.L.E.N. Inc. powerfully forges a formal partnership with the BJMP - Agoo District Jail and Alternative Learning System, Agoo Central School, and Alternative Learning System, Don Eufemio F Eriguel Memorial National High School - Senior High School Program through a monumental Memorandum of Agreement.

This pivotal signing was spearheaded by PROJECT A.L.L.E.N. Inc. President Allen Nonan and the esteemed Warden JSINSP Dondon V Ocampo, Ms Lyn Ordanza (ALS, Agoo Central School), and Dr ADELA C LIBUNAO- Principal IV ( alongside the dedicated JO3 Sheryl Lou M Catnubay.

This transformative collaboration is set to unleash a wave of meaningful activities and impactful programs, meticulously designed to champion the welfare and ignite the development of the Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL).
