"With grateful hearts, we thank God for the grace of a meaningful and spirit-filled Annual Diocesan Lenten Pilgrimage with the blessing of the Sanctuary Area of the Praying Hands Chapel Project — Surip. Our gratitude to our partners and stakeholders and to everyone who joined us in prayer, reflection, and fellowship; those who made things possible and those who helped us in the preparation and restoration; we pray that the blessings of this time will continue to bear fruit in our lives as we move closer to the joy of Easter."

The Praying Hands Chapel awaits pilgrims who will come for the 51st Diocesan Lenten Pilgrimage to Surip on 31 March 2026.

As stewards of the temporal goods given by God through the generosity of other people. We are grateful and thankful to God for making you His instruments of his loving kindness. We will be responsible and accountable for managing the construction. We will also share the fruits by praying for our generous benefactors, and we will return to the Lord with an increased all that He has given to us. To GOD be the Glory, good things He hath done.

The Sunset, the Via Crucis, the Redeemer's Cross and the Praying Hands Chapel await the pilgrim faithful for the Annual Diocesan Lenten Pilgrimage at Surip. 🙏

As we commemorate the "Miracle of EDSA" through the "Power of Prayer" and "Power of the People" coming together through peaceful resolution. We believe that when we come together "in prayer and work", we will accomplish the "Work of the Lord", thereby giving praise to the "Lord of the Work."

Let us come together to realize the plan of God by helping us complete the Praying Hands Chapel — Surip (first hand before the Annual Lenten Pilgrimage on March 31) by giving you Alms during this Holy Season of Lent. 🙏

Construction Update as of 12-17-2025 phase one - first praying hand. installation of M2 roofing panels.

As the first phase is nearing its completion, we pray that the good Lord will send us generous souls to help us realize our dreams for the chapel project. We plan to install a sustainable source of energy by using the power of the sun. We are looking for partners who will help us make our dreams come true. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
