TIPS when you are feeling overwhelm:

It's crucial to take action to deal with the feelings of overwhelm and disorientation that can be a typical experience. You could try some of the following:

Take a break: Taking a break from what you're doing can occasionally allow you to relax and rediscover your focus. Go for a walk, stretch, or take a quick nap.

Prioritize: Create a list of all the things that need to get done and order them according to significance and urgency. This will enable you to concentrate on what matters most and stop you from spending time on unimportant activities.

Simplify: Occasionally, we can exhaust ourselves with too many commitments or objectives. To make your goals and obligations more attainable, stand back and simplify them.

Ask for assistance: It's okay to seek assistance or support. To discuss what is worrying you, reach out to a trusted friend, member of your family, or a professional.

Practice self-care. Self-care is a good thing. Take care of yourself by getting enough sleep, eating well, and doing things you enjoy. You'll feel more energised and less stressed as a result.

Remember, feeling overwhelmed is common, and it's important to take steps to address these feelings so that you can regain your focus and move forward.
