Been thinking about the "Curse of Knowledge in Tech world" … especially now that we have AI.

After years of coding, a lot of things feel “obvious.”
“Just check the docs.”
“Just fix the logic.”
“Just ask AI.”

But I clearly remember when none of this was obvious to me.

AI makes it super easy to move fast and get answers,
but sometimes I wonder... are we actually understanding the problem, or just getting really good at skipping it?

Don’t get me wrong, AI is powerful.
But I think the real skill now is knowing when to use it and when to slow down and actually learn.

For programmers, software engineers, and anyone working in tech.

Today, one of my team member messaged me, “Sir, yung monthly insights mo… malaking tulong talaga.” And honestly, that hit different. It reminded me why I keep sharing, learning, and pushing myself to grow.

In tech lalo na pag VA, we all face struggles and confusing problems, superduper fast-changing tools, and moments when we question if we’re keeping up. As leaders, it’s our responsibility to turn those struggles into lessons our team can grow from. We just need to stay curious, stay humble, and keep lifting the people who trust us.

Growth is a journey and it becomes more meaningful when we grow together.💪 oh tama na drama.. back to coding na 😁
