We are happy to welcome a fresh collection of theses and dissertations, now open for reading and research. These works are more than bound pages—they are stories of inquiry, discovery, and academic dedication.

This collection features in-depth studies, innovative ideas, and evidence-based research produced by scholars under the PROJECT FREE Program of the Negros Occidental Provincial Government who earned their Master’s and Doctorate degrees from the University of St. La Salle.
