CONVERSION OF P**N ACTRESS
I recently traveled around Europe and spent a great deal of time in Rome and Assisi. While in those two particular cities, I had what can only be described as a life-altering conversion.
I have decided to quit s*x work.
To repent of my innumerable sins.
To give up my life of sin, wealth, vice and vain self-obsession.
This is a humbling experience and one that I know may be mocked or questioned by many. I am giving up all my income and turning my life over to Christ. I am leaving behind my life of rampant sin, vice, pride, debauchery, vanity and lies to—with God’s grace—live a life of truth, beauty, obedience to God’s divine will, virtue and humility.
I have been going through RCIA since the autumn and will be officially joining the Catholic Church during the Easter Vigil in late March.
Thank you, Jesus, for not giving up on such a wretched sinner. Thank you Blessed Mary, Mother of God, for your immense love and consolation.
God’s forgiveness and mercy is real. If someone as broken and sinful as me can be redeemed and converted, there is no doubt anyone reading this can also be saved by His divine mercy.
The Word became flesh and dwelt among us. And my soul magnifies the Lord, and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior, for he has regarded the low estate of his handmaiden.
A Happy New Year to you all and a blessed Feast of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God.

FOOD FOR THE DEAD ( EVIL PRACTICE)
It is the culture of Filipinos to place food on the altar and dining tables during All Souls Day. This is due to the belief that souls of our loved ones eat this food.
We cannot deny that Catholics practice this even if this is not taught by the Catholic Church. This is against the Bible but the Church has not failed to remind us about these things. There are simply hard-headed Catholics who continue to believe in this superstition.
This is what the Bible says:
(1) It is only the human body that needs food.
- Spirits do not have any bodies or bones and do not need food. The Lord Jesus Christ confirmed the status of the spirit. "For a spirit does not have flesh and bones."(Luke 24:39)
(2) The dead will not come back to eat food on the altar or tables.
"Just as a cloud dissipates and vanishes, those who die will not come back."(Job 7:9-10)
Some people are forced to do this because of faith healers who tell them to place food on altars and tables so that spirits of the dead will not get angry at the residents of that house.
(3) Many of us are fooled by faith healers that the dead can do things to the living. This is a big lie!
Even if there are dead persons who got mad at you while they were still alive, they cannot go back to do bad things to you.
"When they breathe their last, they return to the earth, and all their plans die with them."(Psalms 146:4)
(4) Do not believe what faith healers say because this is forbidden by God.
“When you come into the land that the LORD your God is giving you, you shall not learn to follow the abominable practices of those nations. For example, never sacrifice your son or daughter as a burnt offering. And do not let your people practice fortune-telling, or use sorcery, or interpret omens, or engage in witchcraft,or cast spells, or function as mediums or psychics, or call forth the spirits of the dead.Anyone who does these things is detestable to the LORD. It is because the other nations have done these detestable things that the LORD your God will drive them out ahead of you."(Deuteronomy 18:9-12)
(5) We must believe the teachings of the Bible since it tells us the truth. Jesus Christ will prove this.
"Sanctify them in the truth; your word is truth."(John 17:17)
(6) If we believe these superstitious beliefs, we have to turn our back on these because it is the command of people and not God.
"You have died with Christ, and he has set you free from the spiritual powers of this world. So why do you keep on following the rules of the world, such as, Don't handle! Don't taste! Don't touch!"? Such rules are mere human teachings about things that deteriorate as we use them."(Colossians 2:20-22)
(7) Our worship and faith of God will go for naught if we will continue to do and believe this.
"Their worship is a farce, for they teach man-made ideas as commands from God. For you ignore God's law and substitute your own tradition."(Mark 7:7-8)
