Nearly 35 years ago, after losing so many loved ones to AIDS, including my friend Ryan White, I sat at my kitchen table in Atlanta and created the Elton John AIDS Foundation. Today, has raised more than $650 million and stands as the fifth-largest philanthropic funder of HIV work in the world. People trust our Foundation because they see the impact our team and partners deliver every single day - and that trust means everything to me.

This cause has been my life’s work, and I am immensely proud of what we’ve built together, alongside as Board Chair and as CEO. We have the tools to end AIDS for everyone, everywhere - and we cannot stop now.
