Summary:

• The Prosecution disclosed to the Defense 139 items, which comprise documentary materials, cited in the warrant of arrest against fPRRD, in connection with crimes against humanity.

• These include:
- 28 items on Contextual Elements

- 85 items on the Modes of Liability

- 1 item on murder during fPRRD’s term as mayor of Davao City

- 15 items related to muders in connection with barangay clearance operations during fPRRD’s term as President.
