Happy, happy birthday to our amazing Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Jhun Meneses! 🥳 Today, we celebrate the life of a shepherd who genuinely cares for his flock. Thank you for your big heart, your inspiring guidance, and for always being there to cheer us on in our service. May God shower you with more strength, good health, and an abundance of joy today and every day. Cheers to more years of shared memories and laughter, Fr. Jhun!

In the middle of our celebrations, our two visiting seminarians are now preparing to head back to their respective seminaries. They brought mindless laughter and bright insights to our parish, most especially to the Vocation Ministry. We humbly ask for your prayers as they continue their journey toward the priesthood.

May 27, 2026 || A day packed with spiritual growth and family celebration! Today, our parish workers gathered for a powerful recollection and catechesis led by Bro. Kendrick Ivan Panganiban, focusing on the beautiful twinning of the Church of Cana and Parish of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

To top off a wonderful morning of reflection, the parish came together right after to throw an early birthday celebration for our beloved parish priest, Rev. Fr. Alfredo "Jun" Meneses!
To make his birthday extra special, PINTIG shared a piece of childhood taste buds, with the help of our Vocation Members, our parish family enjoyed Ice Scramble (Iskrambol) as a dessert!

May 25, 2026 || A day of rhythm, connection, and purpose!

The Parish of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (PIHM) Youth Ministry successfully held their Team Building featuring PINTIG. Graced by the invitation of Rev. Fr. Jun Meneses, the Vocation Ministry joined the youth to deliver an inspiring vocational story, fueling the young hearts to discover and embrace their divine calling. Our speakers during the inspirational stories were Sr. Lala, Head Coordinator of Pintig, Bro. John Cyrus, from San Carlos Seminary of Makati, and Bro. Jorems, from St. John Paul II Major Seminary of Antipolo. Pintig’s Core were also around to support and boost the youth to continue responding to God’s call!

MAY 23, 2026 - 𝐀𝐇𝐔𝐍𝐀𝐍 𝐒𝐀 𝐀𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐎, 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐖𝐀𝐋 𝐎𝐅 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐇 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐒.

Last Saturday, we joined the procession and mass in honor of the tradition of the Parish of the Immaculate Heart of Mary's participation as part of the Vicariate of Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage at 𝘼𝙃𝙐𝙉𝘼𝙉 𝙎𝘼 𝘼𝙉𝙏𝙄𝙋𝙊𝙇𝙊 which filled with grace as we stood alongside our fellow promoters in vocation, Ate Lani, Kuya Jon, Brother John Cyrus, Brother Jorems, and FMIJ's Sisters witnessing a beautiful display of faith, devotion, and unity as the people of God.

Later that evening, our Parish witnessed the sacred commissioning and renewal of our parish servers during the anticipated mass of Pentecost Sunday. Our vocation members stepped forward to renew their commitment, they gave powerful testament to our solidarity. This milestone brought together brothers and sisters in mission, strengthening our collective vow to serve the Lord with renewed faith and burning devotion.

A DAY AT TALIM ISLAND: A THANKSGIVING REFLECTION

Yesterday, the vicariate of Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage' Vocation Ministry spent a day at Talim Island with the Spiritual Director of Vocation Ministry of the Diocese of Antipolo, Fr. Ivan Feniquito. The Vocation Ministry celebrated with his mass which followed an acronym:

𝗘 – 𝗘𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗛𝗢𝗣𝗘

Even with the heat, seasickness, and thirst, God brought us here together to serve, reflect, and grow in one faith as a community.

Being on Talim Island allowed us to step away from our usual routines and see the beauty of service in its simplest form. In every act of kindness, in every conversation, and in every silent prayer, we were reminded that vocation is not just a calling—it is a commitment to love and serve wholeheartedly.

As we return to our respective parishes, may we carry with us the spirit of BRAVE—continuing to believe, recognize, accompany, value, and encourage. May this experience strengthen our faith and inspire us to say “yes” to God each day, wherever we are.

Take a reflection of Pope Francis’ words,

Without prayer, a vocation becomes a job; with prayer, it becomes a mission. It is the breath that keeps the spiritual flame alive from the first "yes" to the final act of service.

FINDING LOVE: A PARISH LOVE ENCOUNTER

Despite the rain and the gray skies, our hearts were filled with light at our Parish Love Encounter 🤍

Through meaningful talks and joyful activities, we explored the beauty of storge, philia, eros, and agape. Each reflection reminded us that every form of love finds its source in God.

And even though the weather tried to dim the day, God still created a sunshine of love in our midst.

With grateful hearts, we extend our deepest thanks for our guest speaker, Bro. Jazztin Dela Cruz, for the inspiring message, our Parish Priest, Fr. Jun Meneses, for his guidance and support, and our Ministry Coordinator, Sr. Leila Fuerte for the dedication and hard work behind the scenes.

To everyone who helped organize and serve, and to all who attended with open hearts — thank you for making this event meaningful and filled with God’s sunshine of love.
