* Minimum of 3 years B2b credit collection experience in an outsourced/shared service environment.
*Excellent written service environment.
*Intermmediate proficiency in MS Excel.
*Conducting outound collection calls.
*Organizing payment plans.
*Processing Credit Applications.
*Allocating customer payments.
*Familiarity with banking procedures.
*Providing weekly debtor reporting.
*Ability to work quickly and effectively through debtor's ledger, while identifying issues delaying payments and resolving or escalating them approriately.
