Good day, CSU students!

The University Student Government envisions a successful return of SANGKA 2023, the reason why we proposed a Php 200 SANGKA FEE to cover some event expenses, particularly the concert ticket. As the highest-governing student body, it is important to consider the students' concerns, as not everyone can afford to pay such fee. With that said, the University Student Government wishes to inform everyone that the Php 200 fee for the concert is NOT COMPULSORY. Only those who intend to attend the concert will pay the stated fee. Still, the concert will push through and is open to anyone! (The name of the band will be revealed soon).

Upon further deliberation with the higher-ups and the officers, the approved resolution has been vetoed by the majority. Those who have already paid are entitled to a refund if they wish to do so.

As much as we want to pursue our vision, it is critical that we listen to those who cannot commit to pay. The USG hears and understands its constituents’ opinions. We are hoping for the best and may we all work together to make the event a success! Thank you, CSUans!
