Exhaustipated is a word used by my family and friend throughout my life (54 years). I was led to believe that it just meant extremely tired so that one's body felt unable to perform properly. It was seen as a humorous use of language mixing up two words to make a play on them. The word was in regular comedic use in Glasgow (Scotland) during the 60s and 70s. The '...to give a s**t' addition seems to be recent or a new description of the above from a different age'.
