بمناسبة الاحتفال باليوم العالمي للصحة النفسية أود أن أشارك الجميع هذه اللوحة التي رسمتها لحظة اتّخاذي قرار الاهتمام بصحّتي النّفسية منذ سنة بالضّبط . و الحمد الله كان أصوب قرار اتّخذته مع ذاتي
و أحب أن أشكر من صميم قلبي الدكتورة القديرة " زينب حسينوفا "
على مرافقتي في هذه الرّحلة على مداد السّنة التي ٱنقضت .

On the occasion of celebrating World Mental Health Day, I would like to share with everyone this painting that I painted the moment I made the decision to take care of my mental health exactly one year ago. Praise be to God, it was the best decision I made for myself
I would like to hugely thank from my heart the competent Dr. Zeinab Huseynova.
For accompanying me on this journey over the past year.

Art piece done last night .I used all this colors to show my feelings and emotions. It's my way to feel better after feeling overwhelmed and so stressed. All this colors added to the black space was by self compassion only
